If you have an idea for something Electronic, Electromechanical, or Mechanical that you would like to develop, but you don't have The technological experience, design engineering capabilities, and prototype production facilities Measured Moments can help. Send sketches on a balled up napkin. They can be transformed into engineering drawings, Proof of concept, or Production Prototype depending upon how far you want to go in the development process. Obviously there are only a couple of reasons to do something like that. One is to sufficiently develop the idea so that it can be presented to industry, Produced, and Marketed. Another is to produce a "one of a kind" piece of equipment to fill some unique need. Either way Measured Moments can help. Measured Moments has the experience, equipment, shop facilities, and light machining capabilities to develop, and produce custom solutions. We are experienced in Printed Circuit board design, and assembly utilizing Surface Mount, or Through Hole technology. Our Drilling, Milling, and Lathe capabilities allow us to machine custom mechanical parts, and modify "off the shelf" items to suit the needs of the project. Our Electronic test facilities, and experience allow us to integrate the various P.C. Board, Mechanical, and Electronic assemblies into complete systems solutions. We are also experienced in the preparation of documentation for the purpose of bringing systems through the UL approval process. These solutions can be "stand alone" or "computer controlled" as the situation warrants. We have at our disposal Testpoint, Labview, Multisim, several P.C. Board CAD systems, AutoCad, and Programmable Logic design capabilities to facilitate the professional design, integration, implementation, and documentation of your project.
